Had a really good stay at this hostel — great location, clean rooms, and a nice social atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Hussain on the night shift, who was one of the nicest and most genuine people I met. Overall a great budget-friendly place, would stay again.

This place is a nightmare. The guests are noisy, and the doors slam so hard that you're literally thrown out of your sleep every morning. There's no respect for other guests and no peace—if you want a good night's sleep, this is definitely not the place for you.
The most outrageous thing is the attempts to raise the price after you've checked in. One price today, another tomorrow. It looks like blatant deception and an attempt to squeeze as much money out of tourists as possible. The staff is cold and rude, reacting to any questions as if you owe them something.
A separate red flag is the requirement to leave your passport. This isn't "service," but an extremely dubious practice that may violate the law. Don't hand over your documents and clarify the rules in advance—otherwise, you risk getting into trouble.
Don't be fooled by the photos and seemingly normal renovations. Behind the pretty picture, there's a complete mess in the management and the treatment of guests. There are plenty of other options in the area—it's better to choose anywhere else than ruin your trip.

The room wasn't soundproofed, making for a very poor experience.
The price was also inflated. The toilet seat was broken, and the door had no handle and couldn't be closed. Don't come here for a single room.

The nearby shops are much more expensive than chain supermarkets like Hyperstar (for example, I bought two bottles of drinks and two bags of snacks and they charged me 7.2 million IRR! Even seemingly honest sellers are shameless scammers).
The subway station is a long walk away. There are no traffic lights, and cars don't yield to pedestrians. For your safety, take a taxi.
Currently (February 2026), all of Tehran's famous museums are closed (staff said it will be at least another month before they announce whether they will reopen!). Internet access is also severely restricted; you can't open the app or see any news. Now is not a good time to visit Tehran (other smaller cities haven't been affected this much yet)!
Many other hotels in Iran don't accept online bookings and have no information online. However, it's best to find them directly upon arrival; these are often much better than those advertised online.
For many reasons, I was quite disappointed with my stay in Tehran. It wasn't as interesting as Kashan, Isfahan, or Shiraz. Thankfully, we left in time.

I really loved the place. Vibrant vibe and a nice living room for socializing with other gusts, also I had the chance to have my privacy despite the fact that I was staying in 4 bed dorm. The staffs were really nice and cooperative. All and all I spend nice time there

I stayed at this hostel two times in October 2025. My room was ensüit for 1-2 person, so I can not say about the dorm, but my room was quite clean, quiet, comfortably and some new one. There was no TV and fridge in the room, but I had no need both. There as a common big fridge in the kitchen. The breakfast is so basic,but enough to eat at the morning. The personnel was so polite and helpful, thank you for all them. The location is central, there are some minimarkets and cafe around, but the closest metro stations need 400-500 meters walking. I advice to all this hotel, you can book via their own wab page.

It’s near to subway and the staff behaviors was so good. Important things was the perfect service and suitable bed.

I had an excellent stay at Firouzeh Hostel. The entire place was very clean, stylish, and wonderfully quiet, which was perfect for resting. The kitchen had all the necessary facilities for preparing and eating meals. On top of that, the reception and service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be choosing this hostel for my future trips to Tehran

Very good.
As location it is close to metro station, friendly and perfectly good staff also helpful front desk. I asked them so many things to plan my vacation better. They offer a delicious breakfast with a watermelon (the best thing) and Iran tea for 24/7. Rooms and baths are clean and safe to stay. I would love to stay there again without hesitation.

موقعیت هتل فوق العاده یک طرف رودخانه و جنگل یک طرف جاده و جنگل که البته به دلیل اینکه جاده به ماسوله منتهی میشه بجز فصول پر مسافر، خودروی زیادی جز خودروهای محلی عبور ندارند، عملا اگر همسایه بد نسیب شما نشود، آرامش و صدای طبیعت را به خوبی خواهید داشت.
محوطه بزرگ به همراه جای پارک، رستوران با غذای بسیار با کیفیت و البته قیمت در حد رستوران های لوکس و اتاق بازی شامل (فوتبال دستی، ایرهاکی، پینگ پنگ)
صبحانه بجز روزهای پر مسافر خیلی مختصر هست ولی در روزهای پر مسافر سلف سرویس متوسطی هست
و اما اتاق ها شامل سوئیت تک خواب و دوخواب
اتاق های اکونومی و نرمال که تفاوتشون در متراژ هست
اتاق های طبقه دوم بالکن دارن
اتاق ها در دو ساختمان کنار هم هستند که البته اتاق های سالن اصلی هتل بهتر هستند.

با اینکه در مسیر رفت ماشین به مشکل خورد امت به محض ورود به این مجموعه تمامی مشکل هایی که وجود داشت کم رنگ شد و تونستیم تجربه زیبایی داشته باشیم.

دو شب در این مجتمع اقامت داشتیم. فضای بسیار زیبا و آرامی داره.کارکنان بسیار محترم و مودبی داره. کیفیت غذای رستوران خیلی خوبه و قیمت نسبتا خوبی هم داره. صبحانه شاید از نظر بعضیا تنوع کمی داشته باشه ولی برای من راضی کننده بود و چیزی کم نداشت. اتاق بازی دارن که برای یکی دو ساعت وقت گذراندن خوبه. اتاق ها تمیز هستن و ویوی بسیار دلنشینی به جنگل و رودخانه دارن ولی جا داره بهتر بشه. برای نور اتاق ها بهتره به جای لامپ های سقفی سفید از آباژور یا نور ملایمتری استفاده کنن، یا مثلا پریز برق کنار تخت باشه و توجه بیشتر به یه سری جزئیات بکنن. البته که لوکیشن زیبای این اقامتگاه برای استراحت یکی دو روزه خیلی خوبه و این موارد خیلی به چشم نمیاد.

دو شب در مجموعه سیلوانه اقامت داشتیم و تجربهمان بسیار رضایتبخش بود. صبحانه کامل بود و در طبقه سوم با ویوی عالی سرو میشد. یک شب در اتاق استاندارد و یک شب در اتاق اکونومی بودیم؛ اتاق اکونومی کوچکتر است و میز و صندلی ندارد و طبقه دومش آسانسور ندارد، اما از نظر امکانات دیگر مشابه بود
هر دو اتاق چشمانداز زیبای رودخانه و جنگل داشتند و فضای مجموعه بسیار آرام و بدون شلوغی بود. ملحفهها تمیز بودند و دمپایی یکبارمصرف هم در اتاق وجود داشت
رستوران کیفیت و حجم غذای خوبی ارائه میداد و برخورد پرسنل بسیار محترمانه و دلنشین بود.
تنها نکاتی که میتوان بهتر کرد: استفاده از سرامیک بهجای موکت در کف اتاقها و وجود پریز برق نزدیک تخت در اتاق استاندارد

واقعاً جای خوب و آرامی بود. کارکنان عالی بودند، یک مشکل شخصی داشتیم و پشتیبانی هاستل فوقالعاده بود. دخترهای پذیرش و مدیر فوقالعاده بودند.

اقامت من در هاستل هریتیج تجربهای خیلی خوب و راحت بود. فضا تمیز، مرتب و آرام بود و ظاهر کلی هاستل حس خوبی میداد. رفتار پرسنل حرفهای و دوستانه بود و برای هر سوال و درخواستی سریع کمک میکردند. موقعیت مکانیش هم عالیه و دسترسی به جاهای اصلی شهر خیلی راحت انجام میشه. امکانات مشترک مثل آشپزخانه و سالن استراحت تمیز و قابل استفاده بود. در کل اگر دنبال اقامتی راحت، تمیز و باکیفیت هستید، هریتیج انتخاب خوبی محسوب میشه.

صراحتا نمیشه اسمشو گذاشت مسافرخانه چون از یه هتل تجملی هم راحتر بود،فضای گرم و راحتی داشت که حس کافه ای رو بهت میده ک قراره شب همونجا بخوابی و حتی با دو دوست قزاقی و ترکیه ای رفیق شدیم که باهم رفتیم نقش جهان و کافه میدون نشستیم
